By accepting a sponsorship from Triston's Legend of the Cowboy Foundation, I agree to display a provided patch or logo on my event shirts or hat and tag the Foundation in my social media posts for 12 months. Additionally, I commit to selling 5 general admission tickets ($20 each) to Triston's Birthday Bash 2025 or providing an item for auction valued at $100.

You give Triston's Legend of the Cowboy foundation the right to make your name, image, voice, likeness and statements available to the public in any media, including social media, through print or photo, video or audio recordings. If your contribution includes a testimonial statement, your statement is truthful, voluntarily offered and represents your opinions, finding and actual experiences, and has not been induced by and payment or promise of payment. You understand that no materials will be submitted to you for approval and that you will receive no compensation in connection with your contribution. You waive and release any and all rights, liabilities, claims and causes of action which you may be entitled to assert in connection with your contribution.
